In your 4K Blu-ray player settings, set DolbyVision to on.

UPDATE: Seems my Sony Blu-ray player is buggy. Toggling HDR from Auto to Off and then to Auto again fixed it.
UPDATE UPDATE: Well, it's some kind of bug from the HDMI handshake. To make sure this doesn't happen, I should turn on the TV first, select the input, then turn on the Blu-ray player.
