So I got Rock Band 2 for $20 (cheap!)... and yeah, it had to be new so I could get the 20 extra songs in addition to the other 3 free songs.
My main band has the same name as this blog, but I'm thinking of reclaiming my "Chinese Drywall" band from my brother's profile.
